Minimum Course Requirements
1. Obtain an FAA Third Class Medical Certificate
2. Be at least 17 years of age at time of check ride
3. Pass an FAA Private Pilot Airplane Knowledge Test
4. Pass an FAA Private Pilot Airplane Practical Test
5. Obtain a minimum of 40 hours of flight time and 35 hours of ground instruction as per course outline; estimated minimum cost to obtain your initial Airplane rating:

6. Obtain a minimum of 40 hours of dual instruction, and hours of ground instruction as per course outline

Commercial Airplane Single Engine Land Initial Pilot Training

3. Pass an FAA Commercial Pilot Airplane Knowledge Test
4. Hold a Private Pilot Airplane Certificate and Instrument Rating
5. Pass an FAA Commercial Pilot Airplane Practical Test
6. Obtain a minimum of 250 hours of flight time including the flight time in this course and 30 hours of ground instruction as stated in course outline; estimated minimum cost to obtain your initial airplane commercial rating:

6. Pass an FAA Airplane Flight Instructor Practical Test
7. Obtain a minimum of 20 hours of flight time and 20 hours of ground instruction as per course outline
