International students interested in training with Texas Rotor and Wing
Must complete a background check through the United States Department of
Homeland Security’s Transportation Administration.

Before you begin this process you must complete Texas Rotor and Wing’s
International student application and pay a $500.00 application fee to
Texas Rotor and Wing. You will then be directed to the TSA
(Transportation Security Administration’s) to complete thier process.
